Excellent experience. Price was right. Cameron was right on time. He thoroughly explained what he was doing. He explained everything very well. Cameron completed a test that took a few minutes and instead of hanging around he did a complementary check of all the plumbing in and around the kitchen and bathrooms. Chris was the best went above and beyond, coordinated with the county to fix a main break came inside the house and fixed non running faucets due to the dirt that went into the pipes after fixing the main break. Came out really fast and were able to get me up and running the same night. Top notch service very reasonably priced.

Inspected fixtures around house and found no signs of leaks. After discussing with customer I discovered he has irrigation line tied directly into his water main service. We shut off irrigation isolation valve and meter movement has stopped. Customer is going to go through irrigation system to attempt to locate and repair leak himself.
Will tie onto PVC mainline outside and run all new Uponor Pex with new 1/4 Turn Angle Stops, Emergency Ball Valves, Shower Valves With Trim Kits. (1) new 30 Gallon Electric Lowboys installed to code correctly. Will split mainline outside with (2) separate isolations valve for each unit. Permit fee not included in pricing and if requested will be at additional cost. Not responsible for any drains or other pre existing fixtures (faucets, toilets, or water heater in unit 6550) (2) bath Water Lines repipe in pex Laundry hookup on porch in rear of bldg. All new water lines to all fixtures run through block/drywall/cabinets. No attic access. All new emergency shut off valves and supply lines Will tie into all existing fixtures Includes (2) Shower Valves Moen Posi Temp with Chrome Trim. Quoted to move/add/repairs water lines for kitchen remodel. Also to replace gas main for stove/range. Customer wants to perform all demo himself to save money. Also issues with kitchen drain going into slab, will need to demo and expose to access and quote for correct repairs. Customer wants to demo slab for drain before committing to repairs, pending approval.

Client was expecting a $99.00 leak detection special but he wanted us to run a video camera when we arrived. No charge for todays visit.
Service to run a full leak diagnostic to include a pressure test on the home after the client experienced a small amount of buckling of the floor in the dining room area.
Service to perform a standard leak detection in a 2nd story apartment unit. Bottom of kitchen cabinetry is completely ruined and is directly above where downstairs tenants water damages are. Appears the garbage disposal was replaced at some point recently but it has also become seized. Inspected dishwasher in kitchen and t this point we have found no active drain/ water failures. Appears repairs have been done recently to the disposal, tubular drains, and the supply to the dishwasher. Dishwasher has been shut down during our visit. Garbage disposer is jammed and rusted shut. Unable to open the disposal back up. Estimate provided to replace disposal.
Cannot reach customer to get gate code to enter mobile park
Found repair that was done two weeks ago cracked. Dug up meter box again and made proper repairs to damaged section of pipe. Tested with large amounts of water all is in proper working order at this time no leaks.
On todays visit we identified a source of water pooling in our clients newly installed shower. Ruled out the potential for pipes leaking to relative certainty as it isn’t causing any damages to the neighboring unit. Estimate provided for Matt’s Plumbing to come in and install the drain to a centered rough in, install new 2x4 curbing, install a new rubber shower pan, inspect, test, and finalize. Client will still need tile work and shower doors removed and reinstalled. Found low spots in the shower floor that is causing pooling, grout discoloration, and potential for future damages because of it.
Sold shower valve replacement for later date. Waiting for credit card to arrive to schedule install.
Service to identify source of leak and stop the current water flowing through the water softener to meditate damages to the garage cabinetry, brick, and garage door supports. Water conditioner has not been functioning for a long time. Shut down the plumbed in bypass to isolate leaking for this time. Liens to call us back to have the system fully removed when he returns from NY. Credit of $175 will be applied toward the replacement of the system upon clients request for service.
Pipe repair service call. Followed up on Customer approved estimate to excavate area in front of meter box to expose damaged section of PVC and make new PVC repairs with all necessary pipe, fittings and sealant. Made all proper repairs tested with customer with large amounts of water all is in proper working order at this time no leaks. Guarantee will be one(1) year on parts and labor void if abused. Warranty does not cover Mother Nature damages. Provided quote for water heater installation.
Remove drain assembly and cable waste arm to unclog drain line. Replace short shank basket strainer with premium deep cup steel basket strainer. Replace and correct all 1 1/2inch Tubular Drain Assemblies for kitchen sink. Also found dog wash sink in garage clogged separately, performed additional cable service for discounted price per customers request. Kitchen stoppage found large amounts of sludge present in line. Ran out total ft to ensure stoppage cleared after first attempt. Performed series of dump tests and verified flow is restored to line. Cleared dog was sink within 10 ft of waste arm. Pulled back clumps of hair. Dump tests verified flow is restored to line.
Includes new steel braided supply line, mounting hardware, haul away and disposal of old fixture. Come with slow close toilet seat. Found offset toilet flange present for guest hallway toilet during fixture replacement. Also found flooring missing under base of toilet. No finish repairs are included or offered by Matts Plumbing Services (Tile, Paint, Flooring, Drywall, Ect.) 1 year parts and labor warranty on materials provided by Matts Plumbing.

Found hot water at all fixtures in home. Water heater is approximately 24 years old, 40 Gallon AO Smith Low Boy Electric on shelf in garage. Emergency 3/4 CPVC Ball Valve is defective, expansion tank is not properly secured. Found evidence of electrical arcing burn marks at bottom element in electric panel of water heater tank. Water heater is only producing hot water at half capacity (loss of hot water after a few minutes of use). Due to age and condition of existing unit highly recommend replacement with new Water Heater. Estimates provided for repairs-replacements, pending approval by home owners.
