On arrival softener was not working, I tested water and it was completely hard. Went outside to unit and checked settings on softener, I increased softness level and then checked the brine tank, which was spraying water from house at brine tank connection. After inspecting hose, it also looked like it had a line possibly a cut so to be on the safe side cut the little piece of hose and reconnected hose. Ran unit through a quick regenerating cycle. Tested water after and all was good.

Completed a 1 bath repipe with pex. Replaced the outdated pipe with the pex pipe. Upon completion, the renovated bathroom now boasts improved water flow and reliability.

Tub spout was off of wall, popped off when customer showered. Tub spout is installed on Cpvc piping which we strongly urge against. Tub spout should have copper or some kind of iron pipe for tub spout to avoid and breaks or disasters that could occur. Customer chose to go with simple repair. Price was given for the main repair if client decides to get it fixed. I cleaned pipe and fitting and glued tub spout back on from customers request. All was tested and good no leaks.

No issue. Just takes time for cold water to travel to shower due to the net of pipes in the attic.

Found no salt in brine tank. Tested water and found no chlorine present and water testing 8 for hardness. Tenant recently put in a bag of salt. System appears to be functioning properly at this time. Advised they need to add 200 lbs of salt and maintain brine tank 1/2 way full. Quoted to replace with a better system and also to provide/install salt for current tank. Tenant insisted he would take care of salt himself.
