Leak was occurring from 3rd floor unit 314. When I first arrive I pulled and reset toilet as the wax ring failure is usually the problem. Unfortunately it was not. I had to read the plans to locate sewer lines in ceilings. After locating cut open ceiling to see if leak was present followed pipe going down into wall. Had to cut wall and wall paper out where the vent stack is. Had to remove mounting bracket for cubby and soap dispenser from wall as they were screwed into the pvc. Had to cut about a 6 ft section of pipe to remove screw holes and replace with new schedule 40 pvc. Tested after work completion and all was tested good. Flushed toilet three times no leak is present. Paid with check

Quoted customer to replace brine tank and separate option to flush tankless Navien in garage. Water softener is 3 years old and Navien is 5 years old. Pending approval.

On arrival had to shut down 6 different valves to test and see what valves shut what off. Worked in unit 303 needed new Koehler shower valve cartridge. The valve had two lock mechanisms on the valve that unfortunately had to be snapped off to replace cartridge. Manager is aware of everything that happened at the location. All was tested and good also turned heat up for cartridge on hotels request.

Gave estimate for new shower pan in master shower. Leaking through ceiling in garage. Leak is by the shower bench.

Service to install a new customer supplied fiberglass shower stall, rework the drains underground to the desired location, cement floors, and then do the necessary cold side copper piping rework to verify we have no additional leaks in the bathroom.

Work sold for new customer supplied shower (fiberglass) and water system repairs to be install on 3/22/24. Collected $1600.00 deposit Remaining balance due on completion.

Estimates provided for necessary repair/ replacements so the clients don’t have to keep fight copper piping failures.

Service to run a new line from the meter to the left corner of the home, install a new exterior main shutoff valve, enter into the attic space, run the line across the attic, down into the garage, install an interior shut off valve, and tie into the homes feed point located in the garage. Price includes all digging, backfilling, stucco patching, materials, labor, etc. Price excludes painting, lawn/ landscape repair, tile, wood work, etc. Discussed with client if this is not the fix all a Repipe may come to follow.

Work sold for start date on 2/27/2024. Collected 30% deposit Remaining due upon start up of water system.

Gas line installation and replacement service call. as reconnected and tested for leaks. All is well and stove is firing.

Toilet repair and leak detection service call. Replaced angle stop for half bath toilet. Made sure no leaks.

Customer had water heater drained and apart just needed the element they supplied replaced. Hooked back up and made sure working properly with no leaks.
