Angel was the hardest working technician I have encountered in a long time. He was extremely professional and friendly. He encountered a really tough blockage that could’ve required extensive measures to resolve, but Angel continued to knock away at the blockage before finally getting it freed up. I can’t think him enough for his dedication to his profession and hard work ethics.

He tried to fix my leak with sharkbites and it caused more of a leak than I had. He never tried to remove copper from the tee. Gave me an excuse that heating it would cause the other joints to fail. That’s bs. The cost for this was $550 that I did agree to pay providing it could be fixed. Then the price went up to fix it correctly. What? He didn’t have the proper tools on his can and even told me to use a pro crimp would be upwards of $1600. I had to fix it myself when I got off work. For less than $100.
