Pull toilet, remove internal blockage, and reseal with new wax ring and caulking around the base. Not responsible for any pre existing pipes, fittings or fixtures. Current toilet needs to be replaced or to have major tank rebuild. All parts, gaskets, seals inside tank are bad. Tank is loose and rocking (not securely mounted).

The tech offered me a price to do a simple job with no parts for $375. i asked him 3 times. Two other pluming companies gave a price of $125. & $150. The nerve of you to price gouge seniors citizens. Something should be done .
