The plumber that came out to respond to my service request was very knowledgeable and very professional. He however, was not given access to create an estimate for the work that needed to be done while he was here and so he called his manager who states he’s going to have to email me a quote so while I had to wait more than a day to get someone to come out when the gentleman arrived, his hands were tied because he has to wait for a response from his manager who couldn’t give him a price right there while he’s here to do the job. I find that very interesting because every other plumber that we’ve ever used can give me an estimate right there on the spot.

The tech offered me a price to do a simple job with no parts for $375. i asked him 3 times. Two other pluming companies gave a price of $125. & $150. The nerve of you to price gouge seniors citizens. Something should be done .
