Pull toilet, remove internal blockage, and reseal with new wax ring and caulking around the base. Not responsible for any pre existing pipes, fittings or fixtures. Current toilet needs to be replaced or to have major tank rebuild. All parts, gaskets, seals inside tank are bad. Tank is loose and rocking (not securely mounted).

Closet auger service attempted, stoppage is too far down line to reach without pulling toilet. Pending approval.

I provided a detailed quote to replace a defective water softener and filtration system, along with a 40-gallon Lowboy water heater. The existing softener was no longer efficiently removing minerals, and the filtration system was showing signs of wear. I recommended upgrading to a Fleck 5600SXT digital water softener and a reverse osmosis filtration system for improved water quality. The quote also included the replacement of the aging Lowboy water heater with a Bradford White model, complete with installation of new dielectric unions and a thermal expansion tank. The proposal is pending approval.

Leak detection found slab leak under kitchen looks like it goes underneath the kitchen sink. No visible water as of right now but can definitely hear the water pressure, cut open wall for pipe and no sign of any water. Referred united restoration for insurance claim.

Found mainline clogged in cast iron trunk approximately 30ft upstream from clean out. Was large mass of toilet paper. Was able to dislodge blockage with camera to restore flow to line. Entered house and tested both tub/showers and toilets. Everything is currently open and draining properly. Recommend redrain all cast iron.

Removed hair from tub drain and trap. Tested and verified flow is restored.

Found laundry sink not clogged or slow draining at all. Only drains slowly when hair basket strainer is in place which is normal. 1/2 bath 1st floor no signs of water damage or leaking found in our around cabinet or walls including laundry and garage walls opposite sides of bathroom. Pool sink has corrosion on angle stop shut off valves and supply lines, drain assembly and faucet also in poor condition. However when tested and inspected found no active leaks or moisture present. There is evidence of previous minor leak (stain on cabinet base under sink) Recommend replacing faucet, drain assembly, angle stops, supply lines to prevent leaking in near future. This was a plumbing assessment based off of inspection report. No active leaks currently found, however several items are outdated and in need of replacement in near future to avoid high water bills, and possible water damage.

Video camera’s main sewer ventilation stack for the left side/ master bathroom area of the home after client stated the previous tenants had used the fixture in the bathroom and experienced some type of a backup. Client stated maid/ clean service was able to clear the issue by plunging the toilet branch drains. Camera showed blockage was clear. Identified a 3-way wye fitting under the floors of the master bathroom suite that could very well be the cause of the back up issue in that suite but only time will tell. Lines are all free flowing throughout home. Recommend putting in a lesser grade/ thinner ply of toilet paper which will help keep the line from building waste.

Leak detection has been identified as an area to the right of the master bathroom toilet. Leak is below the level of the living space of the home. Estimates provided for repairs.

Came out for leak detection, customer hasn’t noticed water inside house anywhere but said meter was spinning. So first I shut off water to the house at the softener to check if leak was outside or inside. Meter was stilling spinning. After that I turned shut off for irrigation and meter stopped spinning. Turned water back on at softener and meter still wasn’t moving. Opened irrigation back up and meter started to spin again. Shut down sprinkler system as customer doesn’t use the irrigation.

Service to excavate through the front yard to install a new above ground clean out for future drain cleaning needs. Service to cable through all three ventilation stacks, drag the hydrojetting wand back to the peaks of the roof ventilation stacks, and then reverse pull years of built up grease and debris back out of the home.
