Customer does not wish to proceed with cable service of laundry drain unless we guarantee to resolve slow draining issues. The requested and updated estimate for Hydrojet service and trap replacement for laundry drain. If they move forward they prefer to go through Chad with scheduling and details. Laundry room is backed up and needs to be snaked from the roof. Sold and scheduled for may 1st. Also talked to customer about old cast iron and that it may need a jetter.

Replaced waste arm and overflow with new p trap and piping to tie into vent stack and drain waste line. All was tested and good no leaks. Did notice water leak. Gave estimate for repipe to remove old soft copper.

Customers hun was full of water and wouldn’t drain, snaked drain from over flow pulled out a little hair than pull drain plug off drain and cleared that out. All was tested and good. Tub drains well. Lots of dog hair, bandaid, ring and other little things found in pop up drain.

Attempted to snake tub drain but was unsuccessful. Has galvanized p trap going to abs and the tub. Recommend replacment of waste arm and overflow with new tub ptrap and connect to abs

No visible leak but did notice flapper needed replacing. Did minor toilet rebuild and also tightened bolts for tank to bowl

Service to run k60 with the 3/8 cable through the studor vent to restore flow to the kitchen sink. Ran cable 45 feet. Tested flow by running water for 15-20minutes to verify flow in the kitchen drain.

Service to replace expansion tank and shut off valve for the water heater. Existing expansion tank was cracked due to stress from improper installation. 1 year parts and labor warranty.

Service to replace fill valve and flapper in the master bathroom. Fill valve broke and failed. Flapper was worn out. Performed minor toilet tank rebuild.

Sent estimate for sink install

Disassemble and remove existing shower cartridge and balancing spool and furnish and install one new one with all necessary sealant. Guarantee will be one(1) year on parts and labor void if abused.

Service to cut into the cold side water feed to the clients outdoor kitchen sink area and install a new tee to feed the new garden hose bib that will be installed along the exterior block wall to the left of the cabinetry. Matt’s will install a new 1/2” isolation valve prior to the pipe running through the block wall so the client has a way to replace the garden hose bib without shutting water down to the entire home. Matt’s will finish by sealing the wall puncture and placing a wall-et on the left end of the block wall next to the cabinetry.

Replaced toilet seat with one that would work and fit on the existing bidet.

Service to run a standard leak search after client received a $3500 water bill. Identified a failure in the homes irrigation system that caused water to continuously flow out into the yard and through to the street. Please let this invoice serve to show the water loss has been stopped. Client to contact an irrigation company to have the irrigation system repaired permanently.

Estimate to replace upstairs master bath toilet with an American standard cadet pro elongated toilet. Push and pull anglestop will be replaced as well as a new toilet supply line. Bring spanner flange and replacement flange just in case. Standard seat is ok as the customer is replacing it with a nice harder one.
