Cut out section of leaking 3” drain underneath the home. (Under master bathroom) Pull toilet. Repair or replace flange if necessary Reset toilet Install a new 3” flapper and fill valve in the master bathroom toilet Remove flow restrictor in the master bathroom shower head.

**Warranty** We were here back in February and replaced a price Pfister shower cartridge. When using hot water in the shower pressure dropped significantly. I shut the water off to the home and removed cartridge to inspect for any defects. Upon removing cartridge, there was a piece of rubber that must’ve gotten lodged into the hot side port of the valve. This was preventing proper flow. Reinstalled shower cartridge and turned water back on to the home. Issue has been corrected and customers are happy.

Estimate provided for a new lift pump and water feed.

Customer does not wish to proceed with cable service of laundry drain unless we guarantee to resolve slow draining issues. The requested and updated estimate for Hydrojet service and trap replacement for laundry drain. If they move forward they prefer to go through Chad with scheduling and details. Pending approval from her son.

Laundry room is backed up and needs to be snaked from the roof. Sold and scheduled for may 1st. Also talked to customer about old cast iron and that it may need a jetter.

Replaced waste arm and overflow with new p trap and piping to tie into vent stack and drain waste line. All was tested and good no leaks. Did notice water leak. Gave estimate for repipe to remove old soft copper.

Customers hun was full of water and wouldn’t drain, snaked drain from over flow pulled out a little hair than pull drain plug off drain and cleared that out. All was tested and good. Tub drains well. Lots of dog hair, bandaid, ring and other little things found in pop up drain.

Attempted to snake tub drain but was unsuccessful. Has galvanized p trap going to abs and the tub. Recommend replacment of waste arm and overflow with new tub ptrap and connect to abs

Price includes simple flange repair if needed, new steel supply lines, emergency shut off angle stops, haul away and disposal of old fixtures.
