House is getting flipped and both bathrooms need 3 angle stops each, two toilet flanges and trim installed. Price was to high after I dropped the price down. They stated they will do it them selves.

Quoted to diagnose water heater elements, thermostats, and voltage to power supply. Customer also requested estimate to replace unit with another customer supplied water heater. Was told by multiple staff members maintenance has replaced unit (3) times at least and replaced breakers with power supply whip as well and still not working properly. I believe units are being dry fired, or there is a problem with electrical connections.

Collected deposit. Returning Friday to make repair.

Service to restore flow in the drain through the cleanout in the back yard. Camera inspection found old cast iron, pvc and clay piping. To prevent stoppages in the future I recommend replacing and updating the drain system for the home to pvc. No warranty can be applied as the condition of the drain is in bad shape.

Service to replace fill valve and supply line in the right bathroom toilet. Existing fill valve didn’t have the clip to hold the tubing onto the overflow. Replace supply line complimentary due to liability reasons. Recommend replacement of the toilet with a more stronger flushing toilet. Flush valve on the current toilet isn’t angled properly and may cause the flapper to get stuck on the chain. Recommend full rebuild or replacement.

Original repair is not leaking. Didn’t see anything leaking anywhere.

Repaired leak on copper pipes near floor in bathroom wall

Customer was upset we couldn’t give price over the phone cuz the price isn’t worth it for him and he will do it himself. Explained our price to snake kitchen line and laundry is 325 all together plus 149 to flush water heater.

Jetted

Customer called for main line backing up. Upon further investigation found main line was backing up and holding water within home. Found clean out under grass in back yard and snaked line up stream approximately 35ft clearing blockage. Video inspected sewer line and found cast on had a large amount of scale and sludge build up. Recommend hydro jetting. Tested sewer line with large amounts of water all is in proper working order at this time line is open and flowing.

Service to install customer supplied toilet in the guest bathroom. New anglestop and supply line was installed for the guest bathroom toilet. Install customer supplied garbage disposal. Install 2 dual anglestops underneath the kitchen sink and run a new ice maker waterline to the refrigerator through the kitchen cabinets.

Gave estimates

Pull bathtub and both toilets, break open the concrete in both bathrooms. Run new sch 40 pvc to the outside of the home and trench line to the sewer. Cut open concrete in kitchen and trench a line to the outside home to make the tie in for the kitchen. All work is performed up to Florida plumbing code standards. Pour concrete back to rough. We are not responsible for drywall or tile repair. Found leak originating from ice maker inside refrigerator housing on back. Shut off cold angle stop under kitchen sink to stop leak. Advised customer to replace refrigerator or have an appliance company look at it. Also quoted for faucet and angle stop replacements.
