Existing sewer lateral from home to city tap is Orangeburg piping that has collapsed, causing whole home back up. We will need to dig trench exposing existing sewer piping and replace with new schedule 40 PVC with new 2 way cleanout. All work will be permitted and inspected. Once inspection is passed, we will return to backfill soil into trench. Payment is due at restoration of services. Once payment is received, we will call in for inspection. **please note that this repair cost is based on having good sewer piping underneath the home to tie back onto for a proper repair. Price is subject to change, pending scope of work.**

Will provide and install (3) Gerber Maxwell Toilet Combos with Slow close seats. ADA compliant 12 inch rough White Enlongated. Price includes haul away and disposal of old fixtures. Any additional repairs (broken flanges, cable service, emergency shut off valves) if needed will be added at discounted price upon approval and discovery. Tested and found no slow draining or stoppage present on any toilet sewer lines. After running series of tests from each flange and determining flow is good on drainage, installed new toilet in each bathroom and tested each toilet. All toilets are securely mounted no leaks, no drainage issues found. All (3) flanges were intact and all (3) angle stops turn off and on properly without detecting any leakage. Clogging issues found to be old low quality toilets with weak flush due to age and calcium deposits in jets. Attempted to unjam break room kitchen sink garbage disposal. On arrival customer had hose bib in back yard that was spraying water everywhere. Client tried to duct tape but did not work. I replaced old hose bib by cutting duct tape off and carefully unthreaded old hose bib and installed new one with pipe dope. All was tested and good no leak.

Service to run a new main sewer from the home to the street and install a new proper 2 way clean out. Current cast iron main sewer is riddled with holes and will 10/10 back up again.

Attempt to clear blockage, found a break in the line 52 feet away and explained the line is not pitched correctly either and to be able to clove issue is we would need to cut out and replace the 50 feet of line with a new clean out access closer to the city.
