Highly Recommended! I accidentally dumped soapy water with a barber comb in the toilet Friday. I went to Home Depot and bought a plunger and snake and was told what to do by an associate. I felt uncomfortable doing anything further because it didn't work. I am REALLY GLAD I called Matt's! Monday morning 8 am Chad S, a master plumber of 17 yrs. put me at ease. He explained everything and with PROFESSIONAL Equipment was able to remove the comb. He further told me the damage I could have done with the plunger. If needed, I'd call them in the future.

Tracy was very professional and very knowledgeable. He completed the job in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend on that alone . However… The only issue is 500$ to replace an outdoor faucet seems very high. So I called around after I was told that was way too high . So I do feel a little taken advantage of. A shame because I was looking for a regular plumbing company.

I had a bathroom emergency on Monday Water was ankle deep in my bathroom coming from the tank. I called a couple of places and they could not get to my home for 24-48 hrs. I called Matt’s plumbing and explained situation. The girl I talked to on phone was super friendly and said I will have someone there within 15 minutes. He came explained what he needed to do even showed me where my outside shutoff valve was as I could not get the one by toilet to move.Chad Snyder is the man that came out. He took control right away, he was very professional yet friendly. He explained what he did and why. He gave me a price I could afford. If I ever have a plumbing problem I would call this company and I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you
