Diagnosed water pressure reduction issue within the home. Identified that the water softener before the main water service entering. The home is starting to fail. Put the water conditioner into bypass and water pressure was immediately restored to the home. Client to contact the company they originally purchased it from because it may be under warranty. If clients company does come back and try to sell them a brand new unit all over again. Discussed pricing in regards to a discounted water conditioning system.

Attempt to clear toilet unsuccessful. Solid blockage like something was dropped in toilet. Recommend new toilet.

Attempted to get valve apart to replace cartridge. Screw is stripped. Need to schedule repipe estimate for tomorrow.

Spoke with TJay at turns. He is simply waiting on the clients invoice to be sent over from Matt’s for us to receive funding. Client needs no further action.

Client needs to replace their shower trim kit with a new Moen trim kit. The valve body and cartridge repair worked perfectly. Clients shower handle is completely stripped out.

Service to install a new Moen Positemp style shower cartridge in the master bathroom suite.

Replaced fridge ice maker valve and supply line. All was tested and good.

Service to run a new 90’ water service from the meter to the house with a new main shutoff valve.

Estimate to perform slab repair Price for slab repair could be subject to change depending on what we find underneath the concrete slab. As long as it’s a standard repair and we don’t have to chase the copper pipe back significantly, then we will continue with this same price. Job is scheduled for Monday morning 4/1/2023 Will collect 10% deposit today and collect the remaining amount once the job has been completed.

Quoted for spot repair on 3/4 copper main under house/crawl space. Scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday this week.
