Leaking fill valve and pop up assembly gasket

Cut exploration holes to attempt to locate leak. Cpvc repair hot and cold to shower eliminate pex used incorrectly. Removed shark bite adapters from valve and all bad pipe/fittings for hot and cold supply to shower valve master bath. Installed brass by cpvc adapters with correct fittings and glue to ensure proper curing to avoid repeat issues. Previous worker used pex fittings on glue joints and also used pvc glue/primer on non pvc pipes. Also used low quality shark bite fittings to connect to shower valve. Whoever did this work provided very poor quality materials labor and skill. Highly unlikely this was done by a professional licensed plumber.

Replace gas line from propane tank out side of home. Approximately 100 ft of pipe. Line goes across house into garage up into attic with multiple accesses and back down wall and goes under stair case. We should be able to cut wall in garage and run new line through to the stove. No other gas lines required or needed.

Pulled face place off of shower look for leak

Performed mainline clearing operation from septic tank to house. Utilized high-pressure hydro-jetting equipment to remove accumulated debris and root intrusions. Inserted camera for post-cleaning inspection, revealing hairline cracks in cast iron sections. Recommended pipe relining to prevent future blockages and extend system lifespan. Advised homeowner on proper septic maintenance, including regular pumping and avoiding non-biodegradable materials in drains.

Install whole house 1 cu. ft. water softener

Provided and installed 12 inch Rough ADA Height White Enlongated Gerber Maxwell Toilet Combo with slow close seat. Hauled away and disposed of old toilet. In addition found acore angle stop was defective and left side Chanel of flange was cracked from metal floor bolts being over tightened. Installed 1/4 Turn Angle Stop Steel Braided Supply Line and Spanner Flange repair. Grouted toilet to floor and tested, flushing and operating properly. No leaks found, good flow, toilet securely mounted.

Warranty water heater 50 gallon natural gas. We installed back in 2020 and heater has gone bad. Need replacement. Scheduled for next day to pick up water heater and instal up to code and test for gas leaks and water leaks.

Give estimate for remodeling and repipe customer said he will let me know tonight after is wife come home

Gave estimates for new gas lines for portable natural gas generator. Customer will give us a call when ready to do work, just wanted some numbers for now. Was thinking about doing the gas line from meter to generator which would need permit. Would have to dig from meter to generator position.

Will need to come out and install new angle stop in downstairs bathroom Also, installing sprayer in upstairs bathroom for toilet and shower heading upstairs bathroom as well
