Checking and attempting to flush out lines and restore pressure to home. Was able to get after flowing through lines, however issues are still present with faucets, shower valve, water heater. Quoted replacement options that was recommended.

Male adapter on incoming side failed. Made repair to correct leak.

Toilet flapper in down stairs half bathroom was continuously running as the toilet flapper was not sealing because the chain was sinking under the flapper when it closed. Which let water flow through the overflow while the toilet filled up and wouldn’t stop.

Replace the pop up stopper drain assembly on your bathroom sink. Master bath left side of his/hers lavatory sink. Added 200lbs of customer supplied salt and put system into regeneration. System functioning properly while onsite. Shimmed guest hallway toilet to eliminate slight wiggle.

Sent rough estimate. Customer is having new septic tank installed on the property. We cannot give a final proposal until we know where that septic tank is going. Whether the septic tank is on the left side of the yard to the right side the yard the scope of the work is pretty much still the same, which I explain to him over the phone.

Master double vanity replace left side chrome pop up drain assembly.

Service to clean the master bath left sink pop up assembly. Service to clean the guest bathroom tub drain. Pulled hair out of both drains. Replaced the garbage disposal as well. 1 year parts and labor warranty

Quoted to replace 50 Gallon Tall Electric Water Heater In Garage. Also gave option for whole house water softener system. Pending approval from home owner.

Service to run a standard leak detection service on a 3/2 home. Found the hall bathroom shower valve to have a leak coming from the tub spout. Recommended replacement of shower cartridge. Client elected to contact delta for their lifetime warranty cartridge replacement.

Replaced garbage disposal and drain line with new aav

Customer approved estimates to snake men’s bathroom group main line due to stoppage. Removed clean out to the right of the first stall toilet snaked line approximately 65ft clearing blockage and pulling back paper towels. Customer also approved estimate to clear stoppage for floor scrubber dump pit. Cleared blockage and tested all work with maintenance all is in proper working order at this time lines are both open and flowing.

Discussed possible solutions for issues inside of clients home. Client is experiencing strange smells periodically inside of the home. Smells described don’t sound like sewer gas and no smells were present within the home today. Client also had a pest control company out during our visit. Believe smells to be from rodents and not from the sewer. Call back in after pest control company finishes their work if the smell persists. No charges applied for today’s consultation.
