Customer had what appeared to be a clog between the septic and the clean out. I attempted to clean it with a snake, but was unsuccessful. Customer stated on arrival they had just had it drained in the last couple months. After attempting to clear it with no success, I pulled back in the lead to see that it was completely full. Customer was instructed to get with the company that can provide septic tanks and leach fields.
