On arrival customers toilet was flushing. Opened cleanout under statue and saw it was a one way cleanout. Flushed toilet multiple times and ran water seems to be flowing well. Also looked at disposal and gave a few options.

Addressed a clogged kitchen sink by first using a plunger to attempt to clear the blockage. When that was insufficient, I disassembled the P-trap and removed accumulated debris. Used a RIDGID drain snake to clear the remaining clog in the drain line. Reassembled the P-trap and tested the sink for proper drainage, ensuring all connections were secure and leak-free. Verified the water flow to ensure the issue was fully resolved.

Sewer back up in both bathrooms customer is on septic system. Doesn’t know when it was last pumped. Customer is going to call out a septic company and call us back to snake drain if needed. Customer is also interested in a repipe now.

Possible Copper water line leaking in concrete wall, gave option for diagnostic of putting holes into wall to find pipe and leak to get accurate price on repair. After opening up wall pipe was not leaking. Customer did not pay for service.

Customer Service was so friendly and helpful. They scheduled a service call for the afternoon for the very same day day I called which was so unexpected. They then called back and said they would get someone out to our home sooner which was really great! Joey came out and was amazing. He fixed our leak with ease. He too was so friendly and helpful.
