Service to run a new main water line from the water meter out to about 50 foot beyond the point of the meter. This will be a location where we can safely tie on to the current active water system without risk of roots, breaking the remainder of the old line. Price includes all parts, labor, and a standard 20 year underground warranty.
On arrival customer stated supply line to toilet might need tightening, after looking at it I decided to replace supply line with new ss supply line and tested all is good. Old supply line had no gasket.
On arrival customer had washer drain backing up through the riser for the washer drain. I noticed brand new washer and dryer. In the older homes the drain is smaller than 2 inch which could cause the water to back up because of how much and how fast the water gets dumped into the drain. I snaked 30 ft of cable from the riser through the drain and while snaking the drain I ran water at about 60psi through the drain at the same time to help flush any build up or debri in the line. After I pulled out the snake I ran water for approximately 5-10 mins and no water came back up. The first time I ran water it did overflow but after the snake all seems to be well for now. I told tenant to try and do a small loads of laundry to minimize the amount of water at once.

Customer had a kitchen blockage. Ran k60 through roof vent 45ft to restore flow in the drain. Found rice and grease. Stack is galvanized and recommend replacement on the kitchen drain. If the drain backs up again, then I recommend a hydrojet to fully remove all debris from the inside of the drain.
