Estimate provided for a new water system replacement, main water replacement, and two shower valves. Fees waived for leak detection because the leak is so small we can’t pinpoint the line without air testing the house. Air testing may result in extra damages due to the age of the water system.

Attempt to clear blockage. Kept getting stuck and could not get further. Black stuff is pouring up from bathttub and is dirt texture. Couldn’t clear blockage. Potential broken pipe.

Service to continue the demolishing of the bathroom flooring in front of the double vanity and master bathroom area. Initial hot spot of the water leak was in the master bathroom shower creating high volumes of noise below the surface of the home. This will serve as a continuation estimate with an approximate value of $5000-$7000. If leak is solved quickly pricing will be adjusted down from current high end $7000.00 value. Client has been advised that best route would be to replumb the home at this time. No warranty can be held on repair. Client elected to continue the removal of the master bathroom flooring.

Service to jackhammer through the shower floor in the master bathroom in order to repair a broken hotside CPVC waterline. Price includes all parts, labor, etc. Matt’s may need to continue investigations beyond the point of our initial leak search. Highest points of moisture and sound were found at the base of the shower valve wall in between the shower valve and left side master vanity. Additional access may be required to resolve leak. Client will still need to have shower pan redone once leak has been repaired no water is restored to home. Additional estimates to follow once insurance becomes involved.

Service to replace garbage disposer underneath the kitchen sink. Existing garbage disposer showed signs of leaking and wasn’t work. Replaced the disposer with a badger 5 disposer.
