Re routed water heater lines to be below 34 1/2inches from slab turned water on and tested for leaks customer also did not need laundry box moved found that dimensions of stackable would fit good to go

All new lines will be PEX All new emergency shut off valves and supply lines Replace waste arm for vanity and kitchen Bust open floor and replace P-trap and move drain. Set customer supplied fiberglass shower basin, and install customer supplied shower valve. Will return to set customer supplied fixtures when ready 25 year warranty

Customer called for leak within home and high water bills. Preformed a static pressure test on home and dye tested all toilets within home. Found with backflow on for irrigation pressure drops once irrigation is isolated pressure within home stays steady at 65psi. Found all toilets within home are leak free. From findings believe customers high water bills are related to the irrigation system. There is no guarantee on work preformed.
