Called and spoke with client in regards to a drain related gurgling occurring in the home. Client does believe they’re on a septic tank. Advised client to call a septic company to have the tank pumped and to call us back if gurgling continues after thank has been pumped down and insoected by a septic tank professional.

Ran closet auger through trap of one piece kholer toilet in guest hallway bathroom. Cleared bloackage at 1 ft. Teste flushed with balls of toilet paper to verify flow is restored with no obstructions inside trap. Toilet has very weak flush caused by design and jets being clogged with calcium and debris. Also restricted water flow causing long periods of time for tank to refill after each flush. Highly recommend replacing with a better quality toilet. Repeat clogs are very likely to its current toilets condition. Tub/Shower Valve in guest bathroom has defective cartridge (will not shut off properly). Leaking from valve body and tub spout. Has caused significant water damage along closet wall. Growth is present. Advised customer to use restoration services.

Will remove sweat on hose bib and install threaded adapter with new 1/4 Turn hose bib. Will attempt to salvage garden hose if possible.

Tightened down loose tank to bowl bolts to stop existing leak temporarily. Tested and found no further active leaks present at this time. Recommended and quoted for replacement options. Pending approval from corporate.

Copper water line is kinked at wall and needs replacing. Would have to cut concrete and access pipe. Replace 90 and piece of pipe with new hose bib. Not responsible for stucco or paint

On arrival everything was dry could not locate where they said water came from. Checked all nuts and bolts to tank, flushed toilet multiple times and checked inner parts. All was good I tightened one bolt just in case for tank to bowl.

Replaced angle stop and ss supply line for toilet. Old one was bad and tied with rubber bands. All was tested and good. No leaks

Gave estimate for new shower walk in tub shower for handicap. All supplied parts.

Customer had broken drain under house, I cut and put back together.

Garbage disposal was acting up replaced with customer supplied disposal and snaked kitchen drain as it was draining slowly. There was also a pipe disconnected under kitchen sink I reconnected. All was tested and good.

Will need to have neighbors next door and above notified not to run any water while work is being performed. Will shop van and remove approximately 15 gallons of sewer water. Remove trap under kitchen sink and perform cable service to Attempt to clear your kitchen drain line using an electric snake. Noticed back pressure from stoppage is causing slip joints under kitchen sink to leak. No damage has occurred to cabinet as of yet from what I can see. Took (2) attempts to break through severely clogged line, found line is heavily impacted with grease and debris. Total 45ft ft with grease cutter head from kitchen waste arm. Stoppage is in common line shared with other units. When other units are using kitchen sinks it was backing up into unit 6510. Highly recommend reverse pull Hydrojet service for kitchen trunk line and mainline from clean out access. If lines are not properly cleaned and flushed out it is very likely this will be a re occurring issue that will gradually increase in sev

On diagnosis on water leak I tested area by sink and washer but no signs of any leaks. I did notice water heater pan had about 1 in of water in pan. Water heater was 97’ and had never been drained. Area was cleaned and tested all tested good after replacing water heater. Customer should continue watching wall for a few days to make sure no leak is still happening in the wall. Water heater packet was left on the side of the water heater.

Estimate to install new toilet, flange, and hydraulic cement the floor.

Customer requested us to come out to discuss possible solutions for a failing chlorinator system. Client is going to gather additional estimates. Estimate provided for new chlorinator installation/ iron zapper.

Gave options for new water systems. Would have to run water line through attic from outside main valve and drop down next to water heater. Would also have to run a drain from system to laundry room. Customer getting multiple quotes.

3 handle shower valve is non stop putting water out. Needs either a 3 handle rebuild or new single handle moen posi temp shower valve. Gave options for both. Talked over the phone, she stated that she needs to talk to her partner about options. 3 handle rebuild is not guaranteed that it will solve problem. The valve could be bad on the inside.

Recently, I conducted a camera inspection on a clogged sewer line using a RIDGID SeeSnake camera system. The diagnosis revealed a significant blockage caused by tree roots. To address this, I utilized a Spartan Tool sectional sewer machine equipped with a cutting head to efficiently remove the roots and clear the line. Post-clearance, I reinspected the sewer with the camera to confirm that the blockage was completely removed and the pipe was clear, restoring proper drainage. Regular inspections are advised to prevent future issues.

Earlier today, I repaired a ruptured water supply line at a residential property. The 1-inch PEX tubing had developed a split near a 90-degree bend, causing significant water leakage. I first shut off the main water supply and drained the line. I then carefully cut out the damaged section, installed a new PEX coupling, and reconnected the line. After pressure testing the repair, I restored water service and checked for any remaining leaks. The homeowner's plumbing system is now fully functional.

In master bath with garden tub, will demo tile wall around existing shower valve. Will install and rough in new Moen Shower Valve with diverter valve and wing L for handheld mounting. In other master bath same scope of work will be performed from drywall access in hallway. No tile repairs are foreseen to be needed in this bathroom.
