Plus, we were very pleasantly surprised when there was no charge for the visit because the service couldn’t be performed (not the fault of either the owner, the renter, nor the plumber).

I needed help getting my 94 year old grandmother’s hot water heater fixed. I found Matt”s in a google search and was impressed with all the positive feedback. I called and got a same day appointment. Surprisingly there was no trip charge, they said they’d give me an estimate when they got there. Jason showed up on time and was friendly and professional. He was able to immediately diagnose and fix the problem quickly. I’m very impressed and will only use and recommend Matt’s in the future.
