Could not locate cleanout had to pull and reset toilet. Snaked drain from toilet flange and cleared blockage. Problem area is 30 feet from flange going to front door. Could not locate break in line with no locator. If customer wants to proceed with repair we will come out with camera and locator to locate line and get accurate price on repair. No warranty as I pulled out roots and noticed misaligned drain

Service to reroute a collapsing laundry and kitchen line. Matt’s will jackhammer up necessary sections of flooring to run the new kitchen and laundry drainline and tie into the main sewer in the front courtyard by means of gravity. Once lines are laid and testing Matt’s will recement the sections of flooring removed. Matt’s is not responsible for wood work, painting, drywall, tile, flooring, etc. Service to rework the pvc water piping to the right of the garage door and install a new 3/4” brass main water shut off valve. Preferred to have all the exposed transitions in the side of the home buried below grade. Matt’s will collect a $2500 deposit and start the work on Monday 4/15/24. Matt’s will collect remaining $6000 upon completion. Matt’s will warranty the underground drain piping for 10 years post completion.

Removed a nickel from disposal lodged under blades. Reset motor and unjam blades with wrench. Disposal in now functioning properly. Due to age and condition recommended replacing disposal with new unit.

Service to get into the drywall behind the kitchens refrigerator and install. New shut off valve after client had mistakenly pushed the fridge back in too far causing the CPVC exiting the wall to snap off.

Customer will have drywall cut out and removed and well as faring strips. Will run new CPVC 1/2 inch piping with angle stops inside wall to allow new cabinets to sit flush to walls. Will cut out and replace broken 3/4 CPVC Ts inside walls behind toilets, pipe out in 1/2 inch with (2) angle stops and supply lines. Reconnect toilets to restore water to home.

Home was built 2 1/2 years ago. Customers toilet clogged last night and she was able to plung it. Informed her that her issue this time was a clogged toilet and not a clogged drain. Home has the original contractor grade proflo toilets and I recommend an upgrade.

Customer called for both bathrooms backing up. Upon further inspection found that customers main sewer line is backing up. Attempted to find clean out for home with no success. Pulled toilet in the front of home to gain access to sewer line. Snaked line approximately 45ft clearing blockage. Tested with customer with large amounts of water all is in proper working order at this time line is open and flowing. Reset toilet with one new wax ring, Johnny bolts, and supply line. Guarantee is one(1) year on parts, labor, and flow void if abused.

This morning in Sun City Center, FL, I exposed pipes for inspection, examining their condition and structural integrity. Using pressure tests, visual inspections, and moisture meters, I checked for leaks, corrosion, and potential issues, ensuring the plumbing system's durability and longevity. The client's plumbing is in good shape!

Service to cut out the old 1/2” cpvc ball valves under the master bathroom sink. We will install new full port 1/2” brass ball valves. Service to cut out the new angles stops below the master bathroom tub and create direct connections to eliminate a potential for flow restriction. Once piping is properly strapped, tested for leaks, and secured Matt’s will finalize the tub drain connections and set tub. Client will have grout onsite to match current grout. Matt’s will install grout as a courtesy at no charge.

Service to snake the kitchen sink drain from the roof line and video camera. Camera analysis showed gross amounts of grease lodged inside of the drain. No warranty can be held until hydrojetting and secondary video inspection has been performed.

Service to rough in water, drains, and ventilation for the new underground work of our client newest bathroom addition. Price includes all parts, labor, inspections, etc. Matt’s will collect upon completion in full. Deposit waived per Jake.

Service to perform a leak detection service on a two story home. Verified at the street that the water meter was spinning at a very high rate of speed. The spinning on the meter indicates water traveling through the meter. Verified the leak was not inside of the home. Shut down the homes main water at the exterior ball valve and meter continued to spin. Shut down the irrigation backflow and meter stopped moving. Recommended the client to contact an irrigation service company.

Work sold for start date of 1/8/24 Collection will be done upon our rough-in completion.
