Bathroom sink was clogged in line. Snaked out and flushed water down to clear line. Tested and all good.

We performed a detailed snaking operation to address a persistent blockage. Initially, we snaked from the cleanout three times but continued to encounter the obstruction. To effectively clear the blockage, we accessed the pipe from the roof and successfully removed the debris. Due to the known pipe issues under the slab, no warranty is provided for this service. The customer is fully aware of the underlying pipe problem and the potential need for more extensive repairs in the future.

Converted a single vanity to a dual vanity by stacking two tees on the vent stack. Stubbed out for four angle stops to ensure proper water supply. This involved precise measurements and alignment to guarantee seamless water flow. Once the drywall work is completed, we will return to install the angle stops and finalize the plumbing connections, ensuring optimal functionality for both sinks in the new dual vanity setup.

Needed new fill valve but didn’t like the price. Said he will try to do himself.

Could not locate cleanout had to pull and reset toilet. Snaked drain from toilet flange and cleared blockage. Problem area is 30 feet from flange going to front door. Could not locate break in line with no locator. If customer wants to proceed with repair we will come out with camera and locator to locate line and get accurate price on repair. No warranty as I pulled out roots and noticed misaligned drain

Service to reroute a collapsing laundry and kitchen line. Matt’s will jackhammer up necessary sections of flooring to run the new kitchen and laundry drainline and tie into the main sewer in the front courtyard by means of gravity. Once lines are laid and testing Matt’s will recement the sections of flooring removed. Matt’s is not responsible for wood work, painting, drywall, tile, flooring, etc. Service to rework the pvc water piping to the right of the garage door and install a new 3/4” brass main water shut off valve. Preferred to have all the exposed transitions in the side of the home buried below grade. Matt’s will collect a $2500 deposit and start the work on Monday 4/15/24. Matt’s will collect remaining $6000 upon completion. Matt’s will warranty the underground drain piping for 10 years post completion.

Removed a nickel from disposal lodged under blades. Reset motor and unjam blades with wrench. Disposal in now functioning properly. Due to age and condition recommended replacing disposal with new unit.

Job sold and scheduled for Tuesday install 3-26-24 will provide and install Moen Posi temp tub/shower with chrome trim through drywall.

No hot water, tested both elements and found that the top element was shot and needed replacing, also drained and flushed water heater. Heater is cranked on and humming. Should have hot water in 45 mins. Gave option for new tankless

Quoted customer for whole house filtration options. Also quoted to run propane gas line from tanks on side of house approximately 30ft to portable gas grill on stepping stones in backyard.

Service to get into the drywall behind the kitchens refrigerator and install. New shut off valve after client had mistakenly pushed the fridge back in too far causing the CPVC exiting the wall to snap off.

Estimates provided for new water softener install.

Tested water and sent estimate for water heater. Softener is ok.

Customer will have drywall cut out and removed and well as faring strips. Will run new CPVC 1/2 inch piping with angle stops inside wall to allow new cabinets to sit flush to walls. Will cut out and replace broken 3/4 CPVC Ts inside walls behind toilets, pipe out in 1/2 inch with (2) angle stops and supply lines. Reconnect toilets to restore water to home.

Home was built 2 1/2 years ago. Customers toilet clogged last night and she was able to plung it. Informed her that her issue this time was a clogged toilet and not a clogged drain. Home has the original contractor grade proflo toilets and I recommend an upgrade.
