Attempt to clear your toilet stoppage using auger. Pull toilet, remove internal blockage, and reseal with new wax ring and caulking around the base. Found incorrect fittings preventing cables from going more than 2ft down flange. Stoppage in vacant unit next door affecting multiple suites. Will need to clear from another access point. Clear main line stoppage through accessible clean out

Quoted to repair broken sewer clean out, valve box, hydrojet main line. Debris collection crew perform curb pickup with machine severely damage sewer line and valve box for reclaimed water.
