Unjam food waste disposal, reset overload switch, and test for proper operation. Tested and found no active leaks, slow draining, or stoppage present at disposal. Attempt to clear your toilet stoppage using auger. After unclogging master toilet noticed resistance in trap, flushed toilet and found functioning properly. Tested with balls of toilet paper and found toilet struggles to flush solids and debris slows down. This is a low end contractor grade toilet with weak flush power. However likely there may also be a foreign object lodged in trap causing stoppages. Recommend replacing toilet(s) with better flushing models.

Garbage disposal was frozen, tub drains but was a lil slow, customer just needs to cleanout gunk in drain pop up, toilet is flushing, I recommended new toilet due to age and style of toilet. I jammed garbage disposal and tested all tested good no warranty.

Cleared blockage by running disposal
Capped 2” pressure line to septic, opened valve leading to new city connection. Tested.
Gave option for gas leak test and the customer wants to call the gas company back out.
Cleared master bath blockage from shower drain. Ran both sinks, shower, and repeatedly flushed toilet for 10 min with customer observation. No signs of slow draining or clog present at this time. Flow is restored to line.
Found leak in hall bathroom toilet tank that is running constantly.

Found leak from the master bathroom to the second floor ceiling. Shower pan has failed and caused the sub floor to be completely destroyed. Service to run a leak detection service for a leak coming from the third floor MB down onto the second floor ceiling. Cut hole in drywall ceiling to expose a shower pan failure in the master bathroom. Pictures enclosed. Estimates provided for now shower pan installation.

Install/Replace toilet with a standard Gerber Maxwell elongated model comfort height including a thorough check of water shutoff and water supply line, as well as a new wax seal and hardware.
