Customer called for water spots above outdoor patio. Upon further inspection found that outside patio is located below the master bathroom. Went upstairs into master bathroom and found a 1/2in CPVC fitting leaking on the cold water side under bathroom vanity closest to the shower. Advised customer that we would need to cut open ceiling to ensure that is the only leak and there are no additional. Customer declined to cut open and to make repairs. Customer wanted a restoration company to come out first. NO WORK WAS COMPLETED AT THIS TIME.
