Supply and install new 19 gallon water heater. Made sure all working properly with no leaks.
Customer stated they have to wait to get an approval through homeowner first.

We are the 5th plumber out here and they’ve all replace the shower, reset toilet re did the tile in the shower and everything but still a stain on ceiling below. The tile floor in bathroom is not grouted at all. There’s water seeped through. I explained that it’s definitely from when they get out of the shower and drip on the floor since everything else is okay and there’s no water coming through the ceiling. Landlord did not know that the floor was not grouted.
Irrigation. Customer thought we’d be able to locate a leak under grass and dirt to find a leak so they could repair. We cannot.
