*Replace emergency shut off at upstairs GB toilet On arrival, customer stated that they had the water shut off to the house and took us upstairs to the guest bath toilet. Customers stated that they tried to replace the emergency angle stop but were unsuccessful. We installed a CPVC, 1/4 turn emergency shut off valve with new supply line to correct this issue. Tested repair without any leaks. Water is back on to the home.

Break open concrete on back patio from clean out to edge of the home and cut out broken pipe that has roots and repair with new sch 40 pvc. We will patch concrete back to rough once repair is complete.

Recently completed a job installing a water softener for a customer. The water softener works by removing minerals from hard water, making it softer and more pleasant to use. The customer was very pleased with the results and the new system is now providing them with soft, great-tasting water.

Water heater repair. Went out to assist a residential customer with a water heater not working. Found that the heating element in the water heater had become loose. Tightened the screws to secure the heating element. The water heater is working properly again.

*Replaced 3/4” whole home shut off valve 3/4” Cpvc “flat bottom” shut off valve for whole home, failed and was no longer functioning properly. I cut out damaged valve, built swing joint and installed new three-quarter full port brass ball valve.

Service to replumb the water system of a single story 1 bathroom apartment. Price includes all parts, labor, shower valve with tub spout, 25 year manufacturer warranty, etc.

Customer has broken Polly water line under mobile home, needs a water line repipe to remove all old poly and instal Uponor. Unfortunately customer is strapped and not able to afford repair or replacment.

Estimate for water heater above washer. Out of her budget.

Client was looking to have a stackable washer and dryer set installed and the old equipment hauled away. Explained we could do the installation but wouldn’t be able to take the old appliances with us. Client to call Home Depot back.

Explained to customer I cannot fit under the home in the access they have and we would have to wait til Monday to get someone smaller out here. They have to talk it over and let us know.

Checked toilet. No leaks. Sent estimates.

Break open concrete in front of the kitchen cabinet and locate broken pipe and repair copper. Patch concrete back to rough once fixed. Attempted to locate leak under slab. Where floor was opened in front of kitchen was completely dry and no pipes were found. Believe that leak is under cabinets in kitchen that feed the hot line to the tub. Could not repair leak due to no access. Needs repipe. No charge for this visit.

Customer stated they only pay net 30 and have to fill out forms to do so. Talked to Jake are we cannot do the work if we are not paid right away when work is complete.

Estimates provided for a new water heater vs. a new water system with a bundled heater.

Toilet was slow draining, snaked drain with auger and cleared toilet. Gave options for more powerful flush toilets

Auger toilet and replace faucet. Made sure toilet is flushing properly. Pulled out a towel. Made sure no leaks on faucet.

Explained that the flushometer is corroded shut and is leaking all over fro, ever spot and it needs to be replaced. Provided estimate to replace. Customer stated anything over 100 dollars they need to get it approved through the board so can take some time.
