Cut out main sewer line section under the home that is cast iron and broken and install new sch. 40 pvc, will need to tie onto the existing branch lines as well as replace broken sections of branch lines that were found with the correct pitch and up to Florida plumbing code standards. We will inspect everything whole doing the work to make sure everything is done properly and have no other unknown issues. If anything else we find comes up being an issue that is not included in the estimate we will make it aware and solve the issue. Permit is not needed since we are not replacing entire sewer system. We will be replacing all damage sections of sewer piping, we will also reset toilet on first floor with new wax ring.
