Accessed sewer line from clean out under trailer. Found line was not unclogged, was able to clear soft stoppage at septic tank tie in. Ran water in all fixtures for several minutes to confirm flow is restored to line. Pulled out camera and cleaned grease off of lens (source of clog). Re camera line found line does not have proper fall/pitch for gravity to assist carrying sewage out to tank. Approximately last 4ft of pipe to septic tank stays under water. Possibly due to bad drainage field. Large amounts of grease and scale present throughout lines (significantly heavy grease accumulation before tieing into septic. Home owner Kay was present during all camera procedures and was shown and explained in detail of what was present. Recommend having septic company reassess septic system. One occupant in (2) bath trailer completely filling septic tank within (2) weeks shows very likely drainage field is compromised. Customer sewer line backed up again 1 week after cable service was performed. Not under warranty, her son is going to cable line and call us back for a complimentary camera inspection. Advised we cannot warranty any sewer lines on property due to age, condition, and illegal fittings present. They will call back to schedule camera inspection after they have unclogged sewer main,

Hose Bibb on 3/4” pvc water line has been broken off at tee fitting. We will cut out tee fitting and replace with new including hose Bibb. We will also cut out 1” tee fitting that is cracked/damaged, and replace with new.

Leak detection, started outside by checking meter, no movement. Checked all hose spickets which seem to be good. Also checked irrigation. Has water softener in garage with new heater. Checked guest bathroom which showed no signs of water leaking. Only concern is toilet flapper. In master bathroom noticed toilet leaking in bowl needs flapper replacment

Diagnostic fee Leak is on irrigation side. There are two meters in the meter box. Shutting down the meter that’s using .08 gpm shut down the irrigation.

Cleanout located under home. Have options for snake and attempted to locate a useable cleanout. Customer is going to dig up the pipe to see if cleanout or test tee is installed before septic tank.

1.25 inch IPS thread Galvanized T was damaged in attempt to repair by roofing contractor. Transitions into 1.25 PVC house feed in ground. Will attempt permanent or temporary repair to restore pressure to house. Also had to fix electrical wiring at pressure switch that was tampered with. After pressurizing water main found multiple leaks on pre existing fittings from previous repairs. Galvanized T is too far gone with internal damage to get a permanent seal on threads, multiple 3/4 PVC fittings at ball valve are leaking (installed by Travis according to home owner). Water has been restored to house for the night. Will need to return in morning and rebuild entire manifold to stop all visible leaks. Total for tonight’s work is $1000.00 To return and rebuild manifold during daylight hours will cost additional $875.00

Estimate provided for approval to install a new 50 gallon electric water heater with a transferable 6 year warranty. Heaters installation will come with all new functioning min shut off valve, removal of the outdoor shower fixture, new flood pan, pipe work, etc.

Pull toilet, remove internal blockage, and reseal with new wax ring and caulking around the base. Ran K 60 from master toilet approximately 45 ft into septic tank. Line cleared at approximately 35ft. Also found master shower drain clogged with hair, removed excess hair from drain to alleviate slow draining. Currently everything is open and flowing properly.

Tightened one pop up that was leaking. The other pop up I had to remove and instal plumbers putty. I informed customer that this task was chargeable but I will take care of it for customer satisfaction. She will be calling us out to instal new kitchen faucet that she is going to supply.

Replaced shower valve. Moved shower drain. Set shower base.
