Hose to water heater was leaking, customer selling home as is. I replaced hose to water heater. No leaks at this time all was tested and good.

Repipe 2 bathroom with new water service

Removed the toilet, clean, and prepare the mounting system at the floor and reset the toilet with a new wax seal and mounting hardware

Replace 3 inch inside flange and reset a toilet

6 Year Manufacturer 1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty. Price includes all materials, labor, and haul away/disposal of old tank. Will install new Tank correctly to code requirements. Emergency 3/4 Brass Ball Valve, Expansion Tank, Steel Corrugated Supply Lines. When shut off water to house at 3/4 Isolation Valve Loop found main water shut off is defective. Shut off water a city meter to perform work. Advised customer the Main Line Emergency Shut Off Valve is Defective and recommended replacing. Will cut out and replace 3/4 CPVC plastic defective shut off for water main on interior garage wall. Will provide and install new Premium 3/4 Brass Ball Valve.

Upon arrival job cancelled, Pepsi cut/adjusted drain tube for ice maker and now it’s working properly.

Provided an estimate for a complete repipe of a bathroom. Assessed the existing plumbing system, identifying the need for new supply lines and fixtures. The proposal includes replacing old pipes with durable PEX tubing, ensuring improved water pressure and reliability. Discussed the scope of work, timeline, and materials required with the customer. Awaiting the customer’s decision to proceed with the project. This repipe will enhance the bathroom’s plumbing efficiency and longevity.

On arrival noticed the tank to bowl bolts on the right hand side was leaking under tank. I removed and replaced bolt and nut reinstalled tank to toilet but noticed water still leaking. I wiped toilet and saw the water coming from the front of the tank which is cracked most likely from when the toilet was installed. Gave options for new toilet.

Called for clogged sewer. I did not get any water to come out of tub or anything. Flushed toilet about 6 times and rebuilt toilet as it wasn’t filling up. If drain backs up again I will credit a portion of today’s job towards the drain clearing if necessary. At this time toilet is flushing and no sewer backing up.
