One time complimentary auger service for men’s toilet right stall. Unable to clear blockage with closet auger (stoppage in sewer lateral not fixture) ran pistol auger through toilet approximately 10ft Bedford hitting and clearing blockage to restore flow. Test flushed toilet 6 times, no signs of slow draining or stoppage present. There are several known issues with sewer lines for toilets and bar area in addition to offset toilet flange. Recommend redrain bathrooms to outside sewer main.

Performed quick minor inspection in garage where customer requested a new hose bib installation quote. Found washing machine drain line is out of code (needs to be a minimum 2inch diameter and stand (vertical pipe needs to be extended higher). Found water heater is out of code, very likely was installed without plumbing license or permit. Required to have thermal expansion tank on cold side connection. Also shark bites and plastic threaded adapters on emergency ball valve show low quality work. Leaks are known to occur frequently when these fittings are used. Recommend hard piping adapters to eliminate shark bites, use brass by Cpvc adapters on ball valve and expansion tank.
