*Clear mainline stoppage thru 2 way cleanout

There is a copper loop exposed in front of home near hose Bibb on exterior wall. The pvc trunk line is also exposed, tied into copper piping supplying home. I can make a temporary repair to get water service back onto home, but I highly recommend re piping to ensure water lines are installed correctly and up to current Florida plumbing code.

Cut out existing 1 1/2” pvc drain line and install new 2” pvc drain line servicing kitchen sink. Drain line has extensive grease build up and a hydro jetting is not applicable. Will tie new drain line into existing sewer. *Matt’s plumbing services is not responsible for any damage to vapor barrier in scope of work.

Customer is currently experiencing a mainline blockage. I found a 2 way cleanout near front porch on south side of home. I pulled a piece of skirting out of my way to see condition of sanitary sewer piping underneath the home and found that the pipe is broken and not installed correctly. Sewer piping was installed using “short angle” 90 degree elbows and should be “long sweep” 90 degree elbows Sewage is leaking onto the ground and a repair must be made. We will replace 3” pvc mainline up to 5 ft. and also install a new 2 way cleanout. Repair cannot be made without installing new cleanout, due to new piping, and is in scope of repair. If price exceeds 1400.00 home owner is responsible

Service to flush 50 gallon medium electric water heater in the garage. Heater hasn’t been flushed in 2 years. Flush removed sediment that was built up in the bottom of the tank. Recommend redoing piping on top of the water heater as the expansion tank doesn’t have good support and the pvc ball valve is glued onto a CTS bushing which is ok, but cpvc glue was used and not a glue used for both pvc and cpvc. Tested both elements and they’re reading 12.6ohms which is good.

Customers mobile home is plumbed in wrong. Min shut off valve only turns the cold water off. Water heater doesn’t have a shut off valve on top of it to turn the hot water off. Once the water is turned off for the neighborhood, we can return to install the valve.

Installed tnp drain line, installed drain pan line. Backfilled trench and picked up old trash. Informed customer of needing an electrician to run new line.
