Leak detection
Spoke to the customer and gave her an estimate to cut open the ceiling and further diagnose. The active leak. Customer has stated that she has to get approval from owner before she can move forward with recommendations.
Removed the pop up for the tub drain, removed the hair tested the drain for proper flow and reinstalled the pop up
After talking to the customer, he was expecting for us to clear the line for only 90 bucks. This is not possible due to the work that is involved. Customer has decided to decline service.

I will say that the workers were professional. I am not happy with how it was done. The pipe outside of my house looks likes some do it yourself and not done by a professional. I have never seen water lines done like my house. For 10000 dollars the lines should have been through the blocks not outside. I totally regret using your service.
Sorry they could have been more helpful maybe dug a foot in ground to find the clean out . Being the only person home was a 72 year old man who had a stroke and couldn’t do it . But they wanted 500$ to do it another way instead of the 99$ advertised
