Meter does not shut off water to house when you turn it off. Customer has to have city come out and get it replaced before we can do work.

Demo bathtub, break open concrete where the bathtub is and locate broken pipe and repair. We will patch concrete once complete and install new bathtub. We are not responsible for tile or drywall repair.

Provided estimate. Customer does not have accessible clean out outside of home. They stated it’s under ground but can’t find it.

Auger both toilets to remove blockage. Pulled back lots of wipes. Explained to not use wipes cuz they cause blockages.

Customer does not know how long ago the septic tank has been pumped and I explained if we attempt to snake and camera the line that we would still have to charge for doing the work. Customer decided to call septic company first to have pumped and will call us back if still having issues.

Re did the build kit on valve

Luis stated it can take a few weeks to hear back from insurance company about approving the work to be done so they will let us know once they hear back.

Customer called because water line snapped inside wall and flooded out house, Cpvc pipe was brittle and snapped. I cut out 3/4 tee and replaced with new 1/2 pipe coming out towards toilet and new angle stop. Also installed new ss supply line to toilet. All was tested and good water is back on to the house. Toilet wouldn’t flush after everything I informed customer on how to take care of the issue. Toilet also had leak at fill valve, I just tightened it for customer. Replaced badger 5 with a new disposal as old one was leaking, not draining and wouldn’t turn on.all was tested and good.

Provided estimate to customer for jetting. Frank gay already gave estimate of 4k to do so and located the sewer on the outside of home. Customer stated that they are going to get one more quote tomorrow and make a decision afterwards.

Customer stated someone already gave him estimate of 200 dollars to replace but I explained since he is on the first floor and we have to wait for the building to drain down awhile to replace that we cannot do it for that cheap.

Customer will be making a decision within a week but does like our pricing better than Benjamin Franklin. Just needs to discuss it with her partner first on if they are going to keep the house or not.

Attempt to clear blockage and camera line to see what is causing issue. Found that the entire 6 inch sewer line approximately 80 feet is back pitched holding lots of water. Explained to solve issue corrected is to cut out and replace. Customer stated that will have to be a next year project.

Explained we cannot just locate leak for them to have someone else repair.

Customer had other plumbing company cap a hosebib in wall 6 months ago and I located to find out that the line is broken inside the wall.
