Called Matt’s plumbing at 10am on a Wednesday and Delaney was here at 8am the following day. He diagnosed, quoted, repaired, and cleaned up in literally an hour. Fixed diverted pull in tub spout by replacing whole spout, AND repaired/replaced everything in a 1955 “Standard” toilet tank (and replaced the shut-off valve behind the toilet). His demeanor, customer service, knowledge, and work were all outstanding. Also, everything Delaney did has a free one-year warranty! I highly recommend Matt’s Plumbing.

At first, I went with this company because they were “available” when I was in an emergency situation… but from the time Joshua showed up to remedy the situation, his professionalism, and knowledge was a blessing. What turned out better than anything was their amazing network of service providers who also and equally jumped right in to turn an otherwise stressful and “poopy” situation into something much easier to process. Because of this, they will be going on the refrigerator as my go to if anything plumbing ever comes up again. Definitely give Matt’s Plumbing and especially Joshua W. All the stars this rating allows me to.

Austin came in and corrected my mistake trying to do a DIY job. He was just a great person to clean up my mess.

They were willing to answer any questions I had about the job and were respectful in doing so. I am very satisfied with the work. I’ve had 3-4 local plumbers come out in the last almost two years to help me figure out issues in my home and NONE of them figured out the issues with my plumping as quickly as the guys that came out with Matt’s Plumbing. Christian was the original person to come out and quickly diagnosed my first main issue and during the next visit to do the work, Anselmo and David handled flushing the lines in my house AND found a root growing in my main water line and two other issues. I am so glad they found all those issues and were able to provide solutions and options and were willing to work on pricing with me too. I am impressed by their quality of communication, professionalism, punctuality and kindness. Should I need them in the future, I’ll definitely be calling again!
