Master lavatory pop up drain repair. After inspecting the mechanism, I found a misaligned pivot rod and a buildup of debris in the drain. By realigning the rod and thoroughly cleaning out the debris, the pop-up drain was restored to smooth operation, allowing water to flow freely once again.

He reviewed the timeline of the start of the installation and the completion of this work. I asked a series of questions, and he answered them regarding additional things to add to my project.
