Completed all work as directed by signed estimate. Performed complete re pipe of home potable water system. Performed air test and tested all fixtures. Installed new PEX main from meter to home. Installed Halo Ultimate water filter and Halo sedimentation filter. Purged system and flushed carbon from system. Home is on treated water at this time. Performed cleanup and removed trash and debris from job.

I’ll arrive at the customer‘s house at 7:50 knocked on the door spoke with the customer about the game plan for today after that we proceeded with digging and exposing the existing line once I was done we stopped at the supply house to pick up material and then come back and then we want the homeowner that we were gonna cut the pipe so like that nobody use the bathrooms and we proceeded with the task that we cut out and remove the old pipe approximately about 6 feet and install new PVC pipe and put a neutral way clean out and Joseph is supposed to return just to sneak out the line. Both ways job is completed. Collect the signatures and payment. Also we did a water test. We had the customer flush and run fixtures just to see how the floor of water was running and everything look good.

I broke my hose bib on a Sat afternoon. Called Matt's and they sent Ralph Emeran within the hour. Some sticker shock with the price but the situation demanded immediate repair. Ralph explained the cost and plan of correction. It took him a couple of hours to do it. Job completed and done professionally. I would call Matt's again, if needed.

Good afternoon ... Justin was very professional and took time to answer all my questions. Unfortunately the repair cost is more than I expected. I am aware that eventually I have to replace my shutoff valve, but just like everyone else the cost of living puts a strain on any home improvement. I believe Justin was very honest and if this was a situation that I had to address on the spot, he made me feel comfortable in working with a local plumbing company. I will definitely reach out for any emergency and will try to save up for the replacement of my shut off valve before setting an appointment. Thank you
