Good afternoon ... Justin was very professional and took time to answer all my questions. Unfortunately the repair cost is more than I expected. I am aware that eventually I have to replace my shutoff valve, but just like everyone else the cost of living puts a strain on any home improvement. I believe Justin was very honest and if this was a situation that I had to address on the spot, he made me feel comfortable in working with a local plumbing company. I will definitely reach out for any emergency and will try to save up for the replacement of my shut off valve before setting an appointment. Thank you

Remove urinals, will need to open up a section of tile to cut out the drain that is done incorrectly, plumb in new sch 40 pvc with better ventilation and mounts for the urinals. Install 3 new urinals as well as Sloan valves. We will not be responsible for drywall or tile repair. Remove toilet in small stall of women’s restroom, cut out old toilet flange and install new one as well as new gerber toilet, make sure it is shimmed correctly and caulked.

Break open concrete in bathroom, move the toilet drain over 6 inches, move drain for shower to center and build curbless shower pan, cut cast iron drain for vanity and convert to a dual sink drain. Will need to break open part of wall in kitchen to lower kitchen drain where it needs to be. Add washing machine box in laundry as well as adding trap. Will pour concrete back to rough. We are not responsible for drywall or tile repair. 2 bath repipe in pex All new water lines to all fixtures ran overhead/crawlspace All new emergency shut off valves and supply lines Will tie into all existing fixtures May need to open up various drywall holes throughout home for access No drywall or tile repair included Payment due at restoration of services Inspection will be called in after we receive payment All new lines installed to current Florida plumbing code
