Inspected all water heaters on site. 4 water heaters are currently leaking and 3 others are making very loud noises, indicating the blower motors are about to go. Several units have newer tankless installed, but same as the one we recently replaced they are severely under powered and essentially ticking time bombs and one of which is one of the 4 that are leaking. Most of the heaters onsite that have not been replaced are from 2013, 2 from 2018 but one of which is leaking. Estimate to provide and install rinnai tankless/tank combination units Hot water is on demand with a built-in storage tank Unit will be more than adequate to provide hot water for all units in conjunction with the other water heater on the same system Unit will require modification of existing plumbing system Three year commercial manufacturer water heater warranty One year labor warranty To maintain discounted price, we will need to install all 14 water heaters 1 after the other as they are delivered day by day. Attempted to clear main line stoppage affecting entire building group Could not get through with a sewer cable and also attempted to clear with jetter. Can not see with camera as line is still full of water. 8" terracotta main sewer is collapsed, located break under residents back patio pavers about 5 to 6ft deep We will need to remove pavers and dig up and expose line to see the full extent of repair and replace however much section with new pvc
