I wanted to take a moment to share feedback regarding my recent interaction with your company, as I believe constructive input can help improve future customer experiences. When I inquired about the estimate, I was surprised to see that it was significantly higher—by approximately $1,800—than a previous estimate I had received. My intent was simply to understand the difference in pricing. However, during this conversation, Joseph repeatedly made negative remarks about other companies in your industry, including comments such as “we are not Walmart,” and “we don’t compare prices—you pay us to do it right.” He’s got a great Rolodex of one liners. These were just a few of them. I found this approach to be unprofessional and counterproductive. Speaking negatively about competitors does not inspire confidence—it instead raises red flags. I firmly believe that businesses earn trust and loyalty through honesty, transparency, and exceptional customer service, not by criticizing others. Additionally, my wife had initially met with a gentleman named Cooper, whom she believed would be returning to complete the work. When this turned out not to be the case, it created further confusion and disappointment. Overall, the customer service we received from Joseph was unacceptable. I should not have to ask a representative to stop speaking poorly about other companies (shamrock and emerald) during a service discussion. My hope in sharing this feedback is that it can be used to ensure future interactions remain professional, respectful, and customer-focused.

Arrive to job to bring everything up to inspection code. I put two whole straps in every and every hole we drove into the attic and in every hole we drove through studs. I also put nail plates. I put insulation and zip ties so for the lines that were loose and I just pulled a bathroom toilet and reset the bathroom toilet I also put in a new wax ring because the waxing seems to be wasted and now that I did that now the toilet is not leaking anymore job is completed and we are ready for inspection
