arrived on site to the property for a whole home repipe and immediately made contact with the homeowner. we met with the homeowner and did our initial walkthrough to further assess the job. we came up with a route that worked for everyone. notified the homeowner where we would be chipping the floor and he approved setup demo bag in front of the home by trash bins. we began in the master bathroom. we chipped the floor in bathroom and dug down to uncover the cast iron run. traced pipe and was able to chip in master bedroom to uncover and expose cast there as well. also chipped in master bedroom closet. during our uncovering we noticed the line was running out to the back of the home. also discovered the kitchen run and run to other bathroom. at this time we then dug down to uncover all the rest of the cast iron drain pipe. at this time we then packed all the dirt into a demo bag setup in the master bedroom. we then came to a pausing point and began to do a good cleanup packed all bags to

arrived on site to the property for a water heater replacement and immediately made contact with the homeowner. we analyzed the space for the water heater and began to work first we turned off power to water heater from electrical panel. we cut and removed old water heater piped in copper. cleaned under and surrounding area installed lowboy water heater bradford white with expansion tank. we then transitioned the pipe from copper to pex and connected water heater. installed 2 3/4" ball valves ensured that job was done up to Florida Code. at this time we tested the new water heater. we turned water on and slowly began to fill the new heater. water heater was full so we turned on power no leaks were found and water heater was fully pressurized. we did a good clean up collected signatures and payment to complete job.

arrived on site to the property, for a whole home repipe and immediately made contact with the homeowner. we did our initial walkthrough to gather a full assessment at this time. homeowner notified us that he has a slab leak and the water has been off for 2 weeks went in and cut and removed all old angle stops and supply lines. cut top holes to send lines up into the attic. cut the water heater and laundry box loose. installed brand new laundry box with hammer arresters installed ice maker box with hammer arrester cut some drywall holes behind fixtures to tie in to our attic drops. used stud guards to protect pipe ran through studs. once all lines were sent up into the attic we then jumped up and connected all of our lines together. used nail talons and zip ties to properly brace and secure all lines ran in the attic. we then came down and began to clean up did a good clean up and met again with the homeowner. we went over what we had completed today and what was left to complete the j

Assessed water heater not working. Customer has 120 going to a 240amp heater. They will be getting an electrician to update breaker.

Remove old 30 gallon water heater install new water heater

Arrived at a home in Cocoa, FL to replace a malfunctioning 30-gallon water heater. Shut off power and gas supply, drained the old unit, and uninstalled it. Set the new Bradford White RE230T6DS-1 water heater in place, connected the gas and water lines, and performed comprehensive testing to ensure proper operation and no leaks. Restored service to the homeowner's satisfaction.

I cleared a blockage from a toilet today using a plumbing auger to dislodge the obstruction. After ensuring the toilet drained properly, I performed a camera inspection of the sewer line to check for any further issues. The line was clear, and no additional blockages were found. The toilet is now functioning normally with no flow restrictions.
