Custom has a high water bill. Found the high water bill was caused by a running toilet. Rebuilt the toilet and tested. The meter no longer was running after repair.

New liberty pup barrel grinder new mainline water line Came out today to replace the main line from the meter box to the house and replace the grinder pump and barrel. We replaced the main line to the house but had a little bit of complications after turning the water back on into the house. With the old main line still being live had to chase down the main line going into the house and finally found it and hooked up to the main line going into the house and tested it to make sure it was the correct one and it was. We still have to come back tomorrow to finish the liberty pup and set the new barrel in the ground and also dig a new hole going to the main line for the house as well. Came out today to finish up the job with setting the barrel drum in the ground and tie back in the sewer line going to the barrel drum and also finish up the main line and getting everything back up to code. Josh came out to locate and repair a leak inside a wall beneath a hose bib. Unfortunately he had bad news, leak was coming from underneath the foundation, he explained our options and submitted an estimate for a whole house re-plumb. He was very honest and open, listened to our concerns, answered our questions and provided positive feedback and guidance. Overall with all things considered it was a great experience.

Great customer service from phone call to in person with tech. He unclogged it great however, I was never told what clogged it and tech never utilized a camera to ensure drain was completed unclogged. Which makes me feel like I wasted my money as the tech let me know that there is no warranties on this service. I am going to be extremely upset if it clogs again soon. My question is if you did not check that the drain was completely cleared and only saw water flowing how is that quality work since for the price that is what I feel I was paying for.
