Great service

Josh came out to locate and repair a leak inside a wall beneath a hose bib. Unfortunately he had bad news, leak was coming from underneath the foundation, he explained our options and submitted an estimate for a whole house re-plumb. He was very honest and open, listened to our concerns, answered our questions and provided positive feedback and guidance. Overall with all things considered it was a great experience.

This is the 2nd time we have had him and he continues to be polite and explains everything. I would use him anytime.

Great customer service from phone call to in person with tech. He unclogged it great however, I was never told what clogged it and tech never utilized a camera to ensure drain was completed unclogged. Which makes me feel like I wasted my money as the tech let me know that there is no warranties on this service. I am going to be extremely upset if it clogs again soon. My question is if you did not check that the drain was completely cleared and only saw water flowing how is that quality work since for the price that is what I feel I was paying for.
