Great customer service from phone call to in person with tech. He unclogged it great however, I was never told what clogged it and tech never utilized a camera to ensure drain was completed unclogged. Which makes me feel like I wasted my money as the tech let me know that there is no warranties on this service. I am going to be extremely upset if it clogs again soon. My question is if you did not check that the drain was completely cleared and only saw water flowing how is that quality work since for the price that is what I feel I was paying for.

arrived on site to the property and immediately made contact with the homeowner. at this time we walked him through what we were going to work on today. we notified him we were here to install the shower enclosure and shower base. we first demoed the shower tile walls and cut and removed the existing shower valve. installed brand new moen shower valve posi temp with full trim kit. installed delta shower base after cleaning and setting tub drain. installed shower walls enclosure once all set and locked in, we then caulked it all in. we then cut down toilet stub and sat flange to reset the toilet. then installed customers toilet and caulked it in. we then began to dig to run a brand new water main service. attached to meter and ran 80' of 3/4" pex all the way up to the house. we then shut the ball valve and tested the new pex run. the new run checked out and there were no leaks found. once the main checked out, we then insulated it and began to backfill. backfilled entire trench to compl
