Prepped and installed shower pan with slope, replaced prv, installed 2 angle stops. Will return to raise shower head in other bathroom once ready to remodel as part of original bid.

Demo tile and concrete in bathroom, remove old cast iron piping, dig a trench to the sewer in the back yard and run all new sch. 40 pvc for shower, toilet and sink. We will build a shower pan once done as well. We are not responsible for tile or drywall repair. Once work is complete, we will pour concrete back to rough. All work performed up to Florida plumbing code standards. 2 bath repipe in pex All new water lines to all fixtures ran overhead/crawlspace All new emergency shut off valves and supply lines Will tie into all existing fixtures May need to open up various drywall holes throughout home for access No drywall or tile repair included Payment due at restoration of services Inspection will be called in after we receive payment All new lines installed to current Florida plumbing code
