Executed dual-task plumbing service: freestanding faucet installation and shower cartridge replacement. For faucet, I prepared mounting surface, installed deck plate, and secured faucet body using stainless steel mounting hardware. I connected supply lines with 3/8" compression fittings, ensuring 1.5 GPM flow restrictor was in place. For the shower, removed trim and extracted worn cartridge using specialized puller. I cleaned valve body, installed new ceramic disc cartridge, and lubricated O-rings. I reassembled trim, verifying proper handle alignment. I pressure-tested both systems: faucet at 60 PSI, shower at 80 PSI. Lastly, I flushed lines and confirmed optimal functionality of both fixtures.

open up various tile to gain access to replace the Roman tub faucet which is customer supplied. Customer will be providing the faucets. We are not responsible for tile repair. Install 2 customer supplied lave faucets
I recently completed a job where I busted open the floor and moved plumbing for a free-standing tub and faucet. I did not need to patch the concrete, and I installed a customer-supplied shower valve. The existing water lines were polybutylene, and there was no warranty on the connections to the existing pipe.

Not a drain issue. Everything is draining the way it should be. Customer is having issues with ro system that another company installed that they pay monthly for but they tried to say that it may be a drain issue when it has nothing to do with that. Explained to customer to call filtration company out and have them fix it because they installed it incorrectly.
