Service to cut out drain assemblies and realign to a proper arrangement to correct a total of three drain lines as well as two disconnected fittings. Matt’s will pull and reset the upstairs hall bathroom toilet, install a new sweep, and finish by rearranging all of drains so they can be connected without leaks. Matt’s will warranty for leaks for 5 years.

Converted out door grill from propane to natural gas with customer supplied conversion kit. Was tested and good. After test shut gas off to the grill at gas valve. Replaced customer supplied insta hot under kitchen sink. Had to remove disposal to get access. All was tested and good. Kitchen faucet has low hot pressure most likely bad valve or faucet.

Service to replace badger 5 garbage disposal with a 3/4hp insinkerator pro750. Disposer comes with a 9 year manufacturer warranty. Guest bathrooms Koehler shower pressure balancing cartridge failed. Customer wasn’t getting the proper amount of hot water. Replaced the pressure balancing cartridge and hot water was delivered to the shower. 1 year parts and labor warranty attached to the work provided

Service the snake the main drain line of a duplex style house. Recovered children’s underwear and wet wipes from the drain line. Flushed and cleared system to verify all wet wipes were gone. Ran video camera back upstream to verify everything was flowing freely. We did identify a small amount of roots and obvious cast-iron dilapidation.

At no charge Matt’s will be installing the trimout for the master bathroom shower, and installing a proper washing machine valve box set as to regain the space in the laundry room.

Work scheduled for Wednesday 2/28/24 for the corrects necessary to do the laundry rerouting and installing the shower trims. Billable portion sold at $500 to reroute the waterlines into a proper area in the master bathroom vanity location as the previous vanity was removed.
