Will need to cut open more tile to access drain to the bathtub and cut out and repair what is leaking which is the tub and overflow as well. Customer is responsible for tile and drywall repair. We will try to save the tile so they can reuse as much as we can. Replace mixing valve under bathroom sink and replace cartridge in hot side handle for the tub faucet.

Had to replace two water heaters. One was in the attic above the garage and the other was in the attic above the master bedroom. It was a major challenge to lower the old heaters from the attic and hoist up the new heaters. I would rate their efforts to install the new heaters outstanding. They completed the task without any damage and not a single drop of water was leaked. They worked nonstop the entire day until the job was completed late afternoon. All of this was done at a an extremely fair price. Would highly recommend them if you have any plumbing needs.
