Customer approved estimate for one bathroom re-pipe. Upon arrival found main water located on the north side of the building. Disassembled and removed existing CPVC plastic ball valve and furnished and installed one new brass ball valve. Next, ran 3/4in PVC up north side wall into attic space and transitioned to 3/4in PEX water piping. Installed three two new 1/2in drops for lavatory and toilet. Installed one 1/2in tee branch off of the toilet line and ran it through the cabinets to supply the kitchen sink with water. Furnished three(3) new angle-stops for the fixturesTested all connections with customer with large amounts of water all is in proper working order at this time no leaks. Guarantee is one(1) year on parts and labor void if abused. RICARDO TO PROVIDE ESTIMATES FOR NEW PEDESTAL SINK, 4IN SPREAD FAUCET, AND ONE NEW TOILET WITH HANDLE ON THE RIGHT

Had to replace two water heaters. One was in the attic above the garage and the other was in the attic above the master bedroom. It was a major challenge to lower the old heaters from the attic and hoist up the new heaters. I would rate their efforts to install the new heaters outstanding. They completed the task without any damage and not a single drop of water was leaked. They worked nonstop the entire day until the job was completed late afternoon. All of this was done at a an extremely fair price. Would highly recommend them if you have any plumbing needs.
