Install a customer supplied water heater. Install a new premium basket strainer on your kitchen sink. Remove your old sink trap and install a new trap to prevent drain leakage. Replace the emergency shutoff valve(s) for your plumbing fixture. Attempt to clear your kitchen drain line using an electric snake.

Your tech was suppose to be onsite between 8-12; which I had my own technician there waiting and no one called at all to checking with an arrival time. Finally after reaching out to your team; the tech shows up at 2pm and realized he didn’t have the part and had to drive an hour away to get it and come an hour back and then took 10 minutes to actually fix the leak. Also, we have used you in the past for things of this nature and the price you charged today is absolutely absurd. It is almost double for half of the work that you completed last time.

Responded to a plumbing repair call in Madeira Beaach. Homeowner reported a persistent leak under the kitchen sink. Upon inspection, I found a cracked drain pipe connector. I shut off the water supply, disassembled the cabinet, and removed the damaged section. I then cleaned the pipe surfaces, applied plumber's putty, and installed a new PVC slip-nut connector. After reassembling the piping and cabinet, I turned the water back on and closely monitored the area, verifying a complete seal with no further leakage. I provided the homeowner with guidance on preventing future clogs and recommended regularly scheduled drain maintenance.

Matt’s will also need to redo drains and water for the Master bathroom as the clients GC used shark bite fittings which would void any warranties from Uponor.
