arrived on site to the property and immediately made contact with the homeowner. we notified her we were here for the drain cleaning. she responded immediately and showed us around. we noticed where the cleanout was located and began to setup. notified the homeowner that job would take about an hour or so and she approved. we began by removing lid from cleanout using pressure washer we cleared out front of the main line in front of home. witnessed lots of grease piles sliding downstream. once water was fairly clear we then got up on the roof and sent cable down each individual vent stack clearing out all grease or build ups. watching the cleanout i saw chunks of grease slide downstream past the cleanout into the city tap. once all vent stacks were cleared we then asked homeowner to run some water and flush the toilet's multiple times to ensure proper draining. Draining checked out great we then cleaned up all surrounding areas and packed up our tools collected signatures and payment fo
