Plumbing Inspection: Video inspection was performed on 37 feet of sanitary line exiting the home, leading to the septic tank. This line was found about have multiple pitch deviations throughout the entire run, which can cause slow draining in certain areas. The video inspection revealed no penetrations, cracks or separations, just the pitch deviations. Client was presented two options to remedy the problem, the first being a hydro jetting service to clean out any debris currently stuck in the line which would suffice as a temporary solution. A secondary estimate is provided to excavate and expose the existing sanitary line and replace it with a new 35 foot run of schedule 40 PVC From the home to the septic tank.

The service rep arrived in a timely fashion. He assessed the issue and checked the bathroom drain system. He "rooted" the drain and removed a large hair clog. This fixed the issue. I was very appreciative of his professional work.

Called Matt’s with an ongoing plumbing issue, always a different issue, always call Matts. Joseph came out, on a Sunday at no charge. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Even though the issue is on my side, he went above and beyond to schedule the right guy to come out and assess the issue so we can get it fixed. At no charge. Of course I have to pay for repairs but rightfully so! Great job, excellent service!
