Not impressed at all. Wanted to sell me a new heater for 1900.00 even though this one was only 4months old which I mentioned. Or he could install another under warranty and the labor would be 900.00. That be 900.00 to install. That about a 2 hour job. $450 and hour. LOL. We had an electrician look at it and there is bad breaker. 35.00 for breaker. Guess Jason thought I was born yesterday

I received what I felt was an extremely high quote but agreed to the price because the salesman made me believe, after removing roots from my sewer pipe, it would probably clog again in a day or two unless they were removed. I had family visiting and did not want that to happen. It turned out that none of the work needed to be done. The problem was all with the city. They left the ditch [pipe] exposed for a couple of weeks over the holidays. My neighbor even called code enforcement on me. They rushed the job before I had a chance to think and took all the money before the job was complete. They could have lined up the inspection and had all the unnecessary work done in two days.
