The Tech assigned to our water heater leak was Chad. Chad was professional and confirmed our water heater under warranty but also pointed out issues with the installation due to code or poor practices in general and why these were bad. He's got the heart of a teacher. That's all a customer wants to know is an educated answer to why this, or why that. He wrote up a quote and I'm going to accept it tonight. Another plus is that all of the women who have answered the phone or placed calls to me about my appointment have very courteous and friendly.

Tracy was very professional and very knowledgeable. He completed the job in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend on that alone . However… The only issue is 500$ to replace an outdoor faucet seems very high. So I called around after I was told that was way too high . So I do feel a little taken advantage of. A shame because I was looking for a regular plumbing company.

Customer called for main line backing up. Upon further inspection found 4in clean out located in the back right corner of home. Removed cover on clean out and found line was holding water. Customer approved to cable sewer line. Ran cable approximately 75ft pushing blockage through. Pulled cable back and found line to be extremely greasy. Indicating that grease is being flushed throughout home. Ran water from a hose for 15min indicating that line is flowing. Felt heavy resistance going through sewer line indicating additional issues. Customer declined having sewer line video inspected at this time. Highly recommend on having sewer line video inspected in the future. There is no guarantee on work preformed at this time due to no camera inspection being preformed.

I had a bathroom emergency on Monday Water was ankle deep in my bathroom coming from the tank. I called a couple of places and they could not get to my home for 24-48 hrs. I called Matt’s plumbing and explained situation. The girl I talked to on phone was super friendly and said I will have someone there within 15 minutes. He came explained what he needed to do even showed me where my outside shutoff valve was as I could not get the one by toilet to move.Chad Snyder is the man that came out. He took control right away, he was very professional yet friendly. He explained what he did and why. He gave me a price I could afford. If I ever have a plumbing problem I would call this company and I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you
