Customer called for no hot water going to garden tub located in master bathroom. Upon further investigation found that mixing valve under lavatory sink was tampered with and that the rest of the home was getting hot water. Disassembled and removed existing watts mixing valve and tied hot line into the existing mixed line and capped the cold line. Tested all connections with customer with large amounts of water all is in proper working order at this time no leaks. Garden tub also has hot water at this time.

Disassemble and remove existing fiberglass shower base and walls then install one new 60in x 32in fiberglass shower base and shower drain, and shower liner. New fiberglass walls with shelves would be provided. Tile work and contractors not needed. Notes: - Baseboard may need to be removed in order to remove existing shower base - MPS is not responsible for any drywall damages and or repairs - Would recommend getting shower glass doors installed

I called Matt's Plumbing because I had a leak coming from the bottom of my water heater. The technician, Jerry, called to let me know when he would arrive and showed up exactly when he said he would. He quickly identified the issue and reviewed my options. There was no charge for the review or explanation of the situation (very positive), but the costs to remove and install a water heater were more than I was comfortable paying. Maybe those are market rates for a new WH install, but even when I advised I'd supply the new WH, the price didn't drop as much as I felt it should. In the end, I decided to replace the WH myself. I gave 5 stars for service because the CUSTOMER service was a 5-star experience. I just wish we could have worked out a better price for the installation.
