Granted, I haven’t had the need to solicit plumbing services, so there was a bit of sticker shock. However, Jerry was excellent-very knowledgeable, explained multiple scenarios and potential cost associated with them, and did a quality job especially considering that he ran into several challenges with our older unit and it’s plumbing. Very happy with the result and would recommend this company and Jerry.

I tested elements and thermostats for water heater, all tested good. Flipped breakers on and off a few times. Water heater was heating up before I left. Informed customer might need electrical work. The electric is connected to a teco box in the closest which could be causing the problem.

Provided cost estimates and recommended the most reliable long-term solution for restoring the system's designed cooling capacity.
