Left customer options for toilet in hall bathroom
On Time, on budget, and everything done right.....
Toilet repair
Snaked sewer drain from cleanout outside. All drains flow now and good. Problem area was 20-30 ft under home from cleanout.
Estimate
Both employee bathrooms backed up, pulled and reset toilet with snake of main sewer.
Replace washer valves. Tighten faucet handle.
Water heater went out and they came out within the hour and replaced it!! Would highly recommend them. I know I will be calling them again if I have other issues.
Install water heater
Cut and clear ac drip line condensate hybrid water heater.
Pull toilet to clear drain. Reset toilet
Found old vacuum breaker and bib nipple still attached to garden hose. Removed hose from new hose bib and found full pressure. Attempted removing vacuum breaker, recommended customer purchase a new hose or get a hose mender repair kit. No issues with any of our work. Customer apologized, I advised him it was no problem at all.
