Excess Water Usage: Source of the excess usage was determined to be at fault of a faulty Fleck 56SXT control valve on the existing carbon media tank for the whole home filtration system located in the garage. After a thorough inspection and diagnosis, it was deemed more cost efficient for Mr. Lewis to replace the carbon media tank, rather than attempt repairs of the existing unit. The system was replaced, and a leak inspection after install revealed that no additional excess usage was present, indicate by the meter activity at the time. Mr. Lewis has taken all necessary steps to correct the reported issue and prevent any additional excess usage caused by the previously installed filtration system.
